Booking & Availability

How quickly can I schedule a transport?

Transports can often be scheduled with as little as one hour notice, depending on availability. We recommend giving us 3 days advanced notice to schedule a transport.

Which areas do you serve?

Divine Status services Central Ohio and surrounding areas, we do out of state transports as well depending on availability.

How can I estimate the cost of a transport?

Use our online cost estimate form to preview pricing based on pickup, drop-off, service type, and wait time.

Service Details

Do you provide transportation for doctor appointments?

Yes. We provide transportation for doctor appointments.

Do you wait for me at my doctor's appointment?

Yes. we can wait for you at your doctor's appointment if requested, this will incur an additional wait time fee.

What if I dont want you to wait for me at my doctor's appointment and pay the wait time fee?

Once completed with your appointment, you will reach out to (614) 600-4851 Extension 2 to schedule a return transport. From the time of receiving your request, it usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes for a vehicle to arrive.

Can I schedule transportation to a store?

Yes. We provide transportation to stores, including the ability for our drivers to assist with loading and unloading of groceries.

Do you provide wheelchairs for a transport?

Yes. We provide wheelchairs for a transport. The wheelchair will be provided by Divine Status and will be used for the transport. The cost to have a wheelchair provided is $150.00. If the wheelchair is requested and not needed during transport, the fee will still be applied to the transport cost.

Pricing & Policy

What if I cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of my trip?

Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours may include fees based on your trip and current policy terms.

Are there same-day, weekend, or outside-hours fees?

Yes. Additional fees may apply for same-day scheduling, weekend transports, and transports outside operating hours.

Are there holiday transport minimums and holiday cancellation fees?

Holiday transports can have different minimum pricing and cancellation terms than standard service days.

What if my payment method declines?

If a card declines, additional payment-retrieval fees may apply depending on when updated payment is provided.

Does Divine Status accept insurance?

No. Divine Status does not accept insurance at the moment. We are strictly private pay.

Are there rider and wheelchair size limits?

Yes. Safety-related limits apply for rider weight and wheelchair width. Contact us to confirm your trip details.
